The ALS Association is hosting its 9th annual CaddyAm golf outing and reception on Monday, August 16th at Thousand Oaks Golf Club.  The event is in memory of Edwards and all of those that have fought or continue to fight Lou Gehrig's disease.

Monday's CaddyAm will feature PGA Tour Golfer Dan Pohl, who will be holding a clinic on the range at noon before the shotgun start at 12:00pm.  Lunch and dinner is included in the price of $250 per golfer.

Non-golfers are invited to attend a special reception which will begin at 5:30pm in the Grand Oaks banquet facility.  Tickets for the dinner reception are $75 per person or $125 per couple.
