Children's e-cokbook author Jorge Sanchez shares the concept behind his ebook Kids Sense: Cooking with Their Hands. This cooking philosophy encourages kids to learn cooking techniques without the use of measuing tools. According to Chef Sanchez, "You can develop a child's artistic attributes and avoid food aversions early on wehn they're taught to cook using their natural senses of smell, taste, touch, sound and sight." this is a rare and delightful opportunity for parents and children with a progressive point of view on cooking.

**Note: An adult is asked to attend with their child/children

Each guest will be given an apron to wear as well as a take-home recipe packet. At the end of class every guest will be able to sample each recipe prepared.
