The City of Grand Rapids Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a Special Land Use for 7 Ionia Ave SW (Grand Rapids Brewing Co.).

The request of Barfly Ventures (Mark Sellers) for an expansion of a previously existing alcohol sales and service use at 1 Ionia Ave SW. The request includes sales of alcohol for on- and off-site consumption, live entertainment and dancing, banquet events, and outdoor seating to the west of the building [Van Andel Arena side].
