Saturday\, from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM\, there will be a pre-race pasta dinner held at the YMCA. Sunday\, from 7:45 AM until 1:00 PM will be the main event which includes a sprint distance triathlon\, an olympic distance triathlon and a sprint distance duathlon.Relay teams are also invited for any of the events. Post race awards and raffle will take place immediately after the race. There is also a picnic with live music for athletes\, volunteers and spectators to enjoy.There is something for everyone at this weekend event. Bring the whole family.
