DESCRIPTION:The Reeds Lake Run is held in beautiful downtown East Grand Rapids Volunteers are needed to help on the course!  You'll get a free t-shirt.  To sign up to volunteer\, please contact Matt Ponstein at 616.949.1750 or mponstein@eastgr.org Start Times:5K Run & Walk..................8:00 AM10K Run...........................8:45 AMKid's Races.......................9:30 AMAwards Ceremony.............10:15 AM Packet pick-up and late registration will take place at East Grand Rapids High School\, 2211 Lake Dr.\, East Grand Rapids\, Michigan 49506 on the following days and times: Friday\,  June 29 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM Saturday\, June 30 6:30 AM - 8:15 AM Registration Procedures • Refunds\, name transfers or deferments are not permitted. There are no refunds due to weather cancellation of the race. • Wheeled devices including but not limited to jogging strollers\, walking strollers\, roller skates and skateboards are not permitted on the course. Events Run the 5K\, the 10K or run both events! 5KRun/WalkThe 5K course runs through flat residential areas of East Grand Rapids. 10KRunScenic 10K route around Reeds Lake which is relatively flat with two hills. Kids' RacesThis event is for children ages 3 - 12 and includes four different races. The races will be divided by age groups and each finisher will receive a finisher ribbon. Distances range from 220 yards to one mile. This event is held on the East Grand Rapids High School track. Course Map Click to view Post Race Awards Ceremony Participants\, friends and family are all welcome to join us in John Collins Park for the awards ceremony. All participants will be entered into a raffle for the chance to win great prizes.
