DESCRIPTION:    BLS class is for certified or non-certified\, licensed or non-licensed health care professionals. Health care providers such as physicians\, nurses\, paramedics\, emergency medical technicians\, respiratory therapists\, physical and occupational therapists\, physician&#39\;s assistants\, residents or fellows\, or medical or nursing students in training\, aides\, medical or nursing assistants\, police officers\, and other allied health personnel.  BLS for HCP is a 2 year certification. CNAs\, RNs\, LPNs\, NTs: If you are an employee of METRO Health\, Saint Mary&#39\;s Health or Spectrum Health or any healthcare/homecare agency and have missed your in house training you are welcome to attend the class. Nursing Contact Hours awarded. Grand Valley State\, Ferris State\, Western Michigan\, Michigan State University\, Hope\, Calvin\, Grand Rapids Community College and other students are also welcome to attend as this class is required for clinical rotations.  For new or renewing cardholders.  Approximately 3.5 - 4 hours.  Special: Save $10.
