Lucio Farias is one of only 5 Grand Masters in the art of Jujitsu, and Judo. He now runs the self defense program at The Collective in Kentwood. His class offerings are as follows:

Fridays 5:30-7:00pm
Saturdays 1:30-3:30

Classes Start today. They don't require strength nor agility as they were roriginally designed to help the weak to overcome the strong.
