It's time to celebrate together in the Rock Kitchen a very special day---Valentine's Day. Beginning with Mozzarella stuffed Arancini and Tomato-Leek Timbales as antipasti, we'll move quickly to Minted Green Risotto (primi piatti), Osso Bucco with Gremolata, Fresh Tuscan Round Loaf and Zabaglione for dessert.
