Beginner Silks (Lvs 1 & 2)

Our beginner class is designed for people who have never touched an aerial silk. Learn the basics of climbing, foot locks and beginner poses all while safely within inches off the ground. As this class progresses, we will get into more complex elements of the silks introducing alternative climbing methods, single foot locks and combinations utilizing these new methods.

This is a 6 week class that meets once a week

WE OFFER TWO CLASS OPTIONS:
