MICHIGAN'S LARGEST ST. PATRICK'S DAY PARTY
TO BE HOSTED IN DOWNTOWN GRAND RAPIDS
Irish on Ionia, the 3rd annual St. Patrick's Day street party hosted by McFadden's Irish Saloon, will be back for a third year on Saturday, March 16. The festival stretches down Ionia Avenue from Weston to Oakes. Last year, Irish on Ionia served up 280 kegs of green beer. With last year's attendance and sales reaching a new record, Irish on Ionia is Michigan's largest St. Patrick's Day street party. For 2013's event, McFadden's expects to sell more than 14,000 tickets.

o March 16, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
o Ionia Avenue between Weston and Oakes – Downtown Grand Rapids
o McFadden's Kegs and Eggs buffet style breakfast from 7 – 10 a.m. (free to first 300 guests)
o Serving green and Irish beer, specialty cocktails, wine and fresh street cuisine from Stoner Tacos
o Performances by:
§ Irish rock band, The Waxies
§ Local favorite, The Crane Wives
§ Other entertainment includes: Peat in the Creel, An Dro, Gasta, Ardan Academy of Irish Dance,
Millish, and The Billies.
o Shamrock, paper, scissors tournament

o A live circus troupe
· SHAMROCKING PARTY: A Benefit fundraiser for Camp O' Malley in the Pearl Room at McFadden's. Raise some Green for Camp O'Malley. Complimentary Irish Appetizer Station, Drink Specials, and Live Irish Band. 4-7pm.
