Yoga: Winter/Spring Series 1–Beyond Basics
Come join us for yoga and promote the union of body, mind and spirit. Discover postures that encourage us to cultivate strength, flexibility and balance in our bodies and in our lives. Learn breathing techniques that foster vitality and peace. Susan uses a combination of Anusara yoga and some of her own moves, so it's deep but slow (not a power yoga). Susan is able to modify the Yoga as needed for each individual. She usually uses a block, a belt, and a blanket. Cost: Walk-ins are welcome as space permits for $12.00 per session.
