Folk Herbal Medicine Making 101

In this kitchen class you will learn the basics of plant-based folk medicine making. Together we will prepare infusions, decoctions, syrups, herbal honeys herbal oils and herbal salves. Each participant will leave with a smattering of fun herbal samples that we will prepare in class.

A light snack (vegan/gfree/dairy-free) and herbal teas will be offered. Participants are expected to provide their own lunch. $55.00 (includes materials fee).Free to current CSA members.
