PEP RALLY

Wolverine Worldwide will host PEP RALLY, a special fundraising event and fashion show to benefit Heart of West Michigan United Way. The fashion show will showcase footwear and apparel from select Wolverine Worldwide brands, modeled by local celebrities. Live and silent auctions will give attendees the opportunity to take home some big-ticket items, as well as the modeled footwear and apparel.

Hosted by Fox 17's Christian Frank, the event will also feature pep rally-themed entertainment, including a local marching band, cheerleaders and the University of Michigan Alpha Phi Alpha Esquires step troupe.

PEP RALLY is the concluding event of Wolverine Worldwide's 2012 United Way campaign. Since July, campaign committee members have engaged employees and the community in a variety of special events to support the campaign, including a Casino Night, Totally 80s dance party, "No More Hunger" Games team challenge, Battle of the Brains competition and Zumba® party, as well as the Company's annual Mega Tent sample sale. Employees also support the campaign through individual contributions and volunteering with local non-profit organizations through Days of Caring and Schools of Hope.

In the Image will be onsite to collect new or gently used children's boots, which will be distributed to kids in need throughout the Grand Rapids community.
