Relaxation isn't just resting in a hammock.  Relaxation is a vital component of wellbeing.

The conscious effort of focused respite decreases the effects of stress on your mind

and body.  The practice of relaxation can reduce stress symptoms, give you peace of

mind, and help you enjoy a better quality of life.  Relaxation techniques can result in a

slower heart rate, lower blood pressure, relaxed muscles, and improved concentration.


Join us as we take time to renew, refresh, and relax.
