Houlihan's Grand Opening
Houlihan's, a stylish casual dining brand for over 40 years, will open its newest location on July 2, 2012 in Grand Rapids at Breton Village, contributing to the established shopping center's new business revitalization and boosting the local economy with the creation of 75-100 jobs. Houlihan's of Grand Rapids, located at 1968 Breton Rd. SE, will offer diners made-from-scratch cooking in a contemporary setting with an energetic bar scene and cater to consumers' increasing demand for a customized dining experience with a new, flavor-packed menu of 30+ 'small plates.'
We give a jolt to people's expectations of casual dining, not only with the taste, quality and presentation of our food, but our personality and atmosphere," said Peggy Fischer, General Manager of the new Grand Rapids Houlihan's. "Everything from our progressive décor, unique menu design and our ageless bar experience has been carefully thought out. Houlihan's is fine dining made affordable and accessible everyday. We will have an incredible patio that overlooks Breton Street, one of the community's main thoroughfares, and we will also display artwork created by Houlihan's customers from around the country. East Grand Rapids is in for a real treat."
The Grand Rapids Houlihan's will lead the trend of smaller portion sizes by offering guests a large selection of small plates & half-portioned entrees along with more traditional American fare. Houlihan's menu is the result of ongoing research and development by a seasoned team of culinary experts. According to Fischer, "there isn't a single dish that Houlihan's hasn't put a ton of thought and time and testing into."
Houlihan's dishes ranging from eclectic salads, premium steaks, fresh seafood and modern comfort foods to homemade desserts and hand-crafted beverages.
