Gov't Mule

Formed in 1994, Gov't Mule is a Southern rock jam band created as an Allman Brothers Band side project by Warren Haynes and Allen Woody. The band has produced eight critically acclaimed records, and their latest, By A Thread, was Gov't Mule's first album in three years.

Known for their songs, "Soulshine," "Endless Parade," and "Broke Down On the Brazos," the band is loved for its Allman Brothers influence, but bluesy feel of Cream. In 2012, a three-disc set was created with Gov't Mule's complete 1999 New Year's Eve concert with the band's original lineup.
