Casting Call for a Psychological Thriller/Horror FilmAaron Russman, a filmmaker from Grand Rapids is casting for his upcoming feature film. It is a modern adaptation of Edgar Allan Poe's The Tell Tale Heart, a psychological thriller/horror film. The film is scheduled to be shot June 9th to 17th in and around the Grand Rapids & Lansing areas. Available Roles: Main Antagonist: A Caucasian male in his late 60′s/70′s to play the main antagonist, a wealthy recluse, in my mind tall and thin, very creepy. A Mr. Scrooge type for instance. Bank Employee: A young woman in her 20′s, able to play a supporting role as a friendly bank employee. Bank Manager: A middle-aged male who can portray a bank manager, in this case, a sniveling, petty little man. 2 Police Detectives: Males in their 30′s/40′s who can convincingly portray police detectives. Compensation: These are paid roles, some shot in only a day/night, others will be a two day/night shoot, possibly three.
