Join Grand Rapid Young Professionals for Gourmet Gone Wild on Thursday, April 19th!

Have you noticed lately that menus at today's top restaurants often offer locally caught and harvested gourmet dishes to please the palate of the most discerning foodie? These local offerings combine the best a region has to offer in order to tempt your taste buds and keep our hometown economies thriving. If you are one of those people who appreciate eating local and want to learn about the most local, sustainable food source{s} out there, then Gourmet Gone Wild is for you. A professional chef will pair gourmet wild fish and game dishes with some of Michigan's best beer and wine selections to give you a new twist on eating local! A cooking demo will take place at 7 p.m. for those foodies interested in more than just the tasting experience.

The cost of this event is a suggested $5-10 donation to support Michigan OutofDoors Youth Camp. You may make a payment when you register at the link above, otherwise we will also be collecting donations at the door. Thanks to Michigan State University Conservation Club for sponsoring this event.

7:00 pm : Cooking Demonstration
