Grand Rapids, Michigan. C. D. Barnes Associates, Inc. announces we have been awarded the construction of the Houlihan's Restaurant at Breton Village Mall.

This single-story, slab-on-grade, 5,335 SF restaurant will feature indoor and outdoor eating areas. C.D. Barnes Associates is thrilled to bring this Kansas-based restaurant to West Michigan.

Though the shell for the building already exists, C.D. Barnes Associates will complete the build-out of the restaurant's interior. Houlihan's is a modern restaurant with an open kitchen design and prominent bar. Houlihan's is scheduled for completion in early June of this year.
