Creating a Culture of Accountability
Join Robyn Marcotte, Owner of Aha Leadership, for a high energy session where participants will learn the five steps to creating a contagious company culture. Learn easy strategies on how to motivate and energize your team. Leaders will leave with an action plan to implement the "Power of 5" culture process into their businesses.
Cost: Free to GROW Businesses (must have attended Intro to GROW) and AWE Members, $10 General Public
Monthly topic-specific workshops. These evening seminars zero in on topics of interest to small business owners and give participants the benefit of straight talk from experts in specific fields.
Occurs the fourth Thursday of every month, generally from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
Registration is non-refundable. In the case that GROW must cancel or postpone a class, a credit or refund will be issued.
