Valentines Day

Come celebrate Valentine's Day at Reserve this year! In addition to our usual menu, we will be serving a special three-course pre-fixe menu for just $30.00 per person. It will be plated for two to share.

COURSE ONE:
Cheese and Charcuterie
with garniture

COURSE TWO:
Roasted chicken with fennel pollen and Aleppo pepper
Warm farro salad with currants, kale, parmesan, and walnuts.
OR
22 ounce bone in dry aged Prime beef Ribeye (with a supplement of $30 more per person)
With garlic mash, spinach, and baby onions "au brun"

COURSE THREE:
Chocolate souffle
OR
Bread pudding with windmill cookie puree and tart cherry compote
OR
Praline pot du creme with shortbread cookies
