Do you cringe at the thought of a running program, or don't even know how long 5K is? This is the program for you! Mondays will focus on running and cardio while Wednesdays will keep your running exercises on schedule followed by a relieving yoga class.Â While this program is designed for beginners, alternate workouts are available for those seasoned runners.
