Thai Chi Wa - Ab Butt Kicker
This Thai Chi Wa class starts off with slow Qi building exercises that will warm you up to get you ready for some Muay Thai drills. You will kick, punch, jump and squat your way to an ab workout and cool back down with some Watpo's Thai yoga postures. A great way to calm your mind while revving up your body.
You will have fun in this no-contact, Thai shadow boxing class whether you are just starting your workout program or you are a hard core yoga princess.
