Grand Rapids, Michigan - - Tuesday, September 6th, 2011 - St. John Vianney Parish and School announce their annual community event celebrating families and friends. Join St. John Vianney Parish and Skerbeck Carnival for family-friendly entertainment, front row parking for the BINGO tent and fun for all ages!
Doors open Friday, September 9, 2011 starting at 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Game Tent), until 10:00 pm for BINGO, SJV Food Tent and Carnival Rides, until midnight in the Vegas Tent and Refreshment Tent with Tigers baseball starting at 7:00 pm on large flat screen tvs, DJ Wolfman Keith in Beverage Tent from 7:00 pm until midnight as well.
Saturday, September 10, 2011 starting at 12:00 pm noon - 9:00 pm (Game Tent), until 10:00 pm for SJV Food Tent and Carnival Rides, BINGO from 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm, and until midnight in the Vegas Tent and Refreshment Tent with college football all day and all night, also featuring The Jacob Band in Beverage Tent 8:00 pm until midnight.
Sunday, September 11, 2011 starting at 12:00 pm noon - 3:00 pm - Inaugural Taste of SJV - $1/sample - fundraiser! 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm Food and Games Tents, BINGO from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Carnival Rides from 12:00 pm noon - 6:00 pm, also Refreshment and Sports Tents with NFL programming. 6:00 pm Raffle Drawing (Grand Prize: $10,000, plus five other cash prizes possible - raffle tickets are just $5.00 each before 5:55 pm Sunday!)
About St. John Vianney Parish: St. John Vianney Catholic Parish invites everyone to actively live and share the message of Christ's love in our community through service and celebration.
