VERITAS U is an original Easter drama presented by Blythefield Hills Baptist Church.

April 10 and 11 at 7 PM and April 12 matinee at 4 PM (this performance is signed for the hearing-impaired)

The drama follows a group of friends as they begin their freshman year of college in search of themselves, their futures, and a source of truth to guide them.

Inspired by the fun of the High School Musical movies and the camaraderie of the Friends TV series, our main characters experience the ups and downs of college life together from testing their beliefs to falling in love. Parents and professors come together when conflict leads to crisis and life and death decisions must be made. The students explore all possibilities and some find hope in flashbacks to the Biblical events of Jesus’ passion.

The production includes drama, comedy, music, choreography and special surprises for all ages including the performance of aerial silk acrobatics.

The cast includes over 250 adults, students and children accompanied by a full orchestra.

Music includes secular and Christian contemporary selections as well as one original composition.
